FOUND & RETURNED TO OWNER

Since going missing back in Dec 2012 I am happy to say that a transport dropped off Roxy the chestnut mare back to the original owner in rotorua earlier in the week ...... they don't know who took her she was rescued by a young couple after being abandoned by a farm worker who walked off the job and was left in the paddock due to be shot for the farms dog food for the winter but the farm owners told the kids they could have her saw her posts with photos about her being stolen on facebook contacted the original owner and after proof was handed over they agreed to let her go back to her original owners they are over the moon long road with foot neglect damaged back and light condition heading into winter but shes home. All thanks to facebook and the adds on the stolen register when they googled the brands to find more about her she popped up as stolen so 4 years on our magic worked and her owner has her home  YAY

Gear Found and Returned

Natasha Smith (owner)

After about a Month of waiting myself and multiple other families got the good news that we were able to gain a Search Warrant from a lead of our Stolen Gear. Because of the massive support we got and all of the amazing people that came forwards with any bit of information that they had about any "dodgy" behavior, we were able to recover 1 of my own saddles and quite possibly another saddle belonging to another family. The effort of all the people involved was massive and so, I know I can't go around sprinkling flowers over everyone but I can say a huge, absolutely massive THANK YOU to EVERYBODY who came forwards with information. It has helped us get back a Saddle that was extremely valuable to my Mother both in Value and Sentimental Value too!

No all of our gear was found -It was obviously going to be sold ASAP by the thief's but the fact that we found some gear and Justice can be served is an indescribable feeling. An equally massive thank you to the Police Officers who took the time out of their already hectic days to help us and aid us in ultimately getting our gear back and serving the said justice.
